When is the RSVP deadline?

Are children welcome?

We have a few nephews and nieces joining us on the day, but unfortunately we can't accommodate any more children unless they are babes in arms.

What will the weather be like?

The reception drinks will be hosted outside so we are working out a plan that allows us to enjoy the gardens even if the heavens open.

What should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in but make it fun and fancy if you can! Full of colour like the flowers on the invitation.

There’s no obligation to wear heels, but if you want to then each venue has paved paths so traipsing through grass won’t be an issue.

Are the venues accessible for a wheelchair user?

Asylum Chapel’s entrances are both step access, but they do have movable wheelchair ramps for easy access at the back doors. Please let us know in your RSVP if this is required.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Yes. We would love for you to take photos and share them with us. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

We have the most wonderful photographer, Zara, joining us for the day - so feel free to grab her if you want a group or single photo, and she'll capture the light and moment perfectly.

What if I have a dietary restriction or preference?

We can cater for you. Please let us know your specific allergies or dislikes when you are filling out your RSVP.

Will there be a paid bar?

We will be providing drinks throughout the reception at The Rookery and Inkspot Brewery with money behind the bar into the night. Depending on the rate of consumption, there's a small chance this might run out and we'll ask guests to buy drinks from the venue. Hopefully our calculations will be accurate and this won’t be the case.

Is there a gift list?

We’re so grateful to have you celebrate this special moment with us. There’s no expectation for gifts, but for those who’d like to give something, we’ll include a wish list closer to the event date.

Is there parking available?

Yes, metered street parking is available at the Asylum Chapel. However, street parking at The Rookery is free. Please refer to the travel section of our website for more information
